UAA Downtown Takeover - Sept. 7, 2018

Don't miss the UAA Downtown Takeover, part of Weeks of Welcome, this Friday, Sept. 7. Enjoy fun crafts/activities and discounts just for UAA students throughout the day! Shuttles will leave for downtown from the Gorsuch Commons at 5 p.m. They will leave from the Anchorage Museum at 9 p.m.

The festivities include free admission to the Anchorage Museum, and a full slate of activities. UAA students will have the opportunity to enjoy s'mores and hot chocolate (while supplies last) with music provided by KRUA 88.1 FM. Students will get a chance to create their own T-shirt and learn printmaking with ShirtsUp. Nakatani Gong Orchestra will perform live in the planetarium, and Tyler Desjarlais will be performing with his saxophone in the elevator.
