Let your voice be heard

On Friday, June 28, in a move described by UA President Johnsen as "devastating," Gov. Dunleavy vetoed $130M from UA's state-funded budget - the largest cut in the university's 100-year history. If the veto isn't overridden by a three-fourths majority of legislators, unprecedented decisions will need to be made regarding university programs - programs that are an essential part of our state and an important investment in Alaska's future. Now is the critical time to contact your legislators and tell your amazing UAA story and let your voice be heard!
