Anchorage Town Hall: The Future of the University of Alaska Anchorage and the UA System Thursday, Aug. 29, 5:30-8 p.m. Loussac Library, Wilda Marston Theatre (3600 Denali St.)

Join Anchorage Assembly members Felix Rivera and Meg Zalatel for a town hall on university budget cuts and restructuring, featuring:

  • Presentations on proposed changes and impacts
  • Panel discussion with UA administration, UAA Faculty Senate, USUAA and UAA Staff Council
  • Video message from UA President Jim Johnsen
  • Public discussion and Q-and-A session
