Oct. 28, 2019: Legislative town hall on university structure

Reps. Josephson, Spohnholz and Tarr and Sen. Wielechowski will host a town hall on university restructuring Monday, Oct. 28, from 2-7 p.m. at the Anchorage LIO (1500 W. Benson Blvd.). Invited testimony is scheduled for 2-5 p.m., with public testimony to follow from 5-7 p.m.
Invited speakers include: UA President Jim Johnsen; NWCCU Institutional Liaison Mac Powell; Legislative Finance Director David Teal; NCHEMS President Emeritus Dennis Jones; UAS Provost Emerita Susan Henrichs; and faculty from UAA, UAF and UAS.
