Job opening: Alaska 529 mascot (Dash)

by Tito Munoz, Senior Program Specialist  |

Alaska 529 is now recruiting talent to serve as its mascot (Dash)!

Job description:

Dash is an important member of the team at the Education Trust of Alaska as the top dog in savings outreach. Dash is often seen representing the Alaska 529 at a variety of community events and activities. He strives to represent the Plan with the same enthusiasm that he has for dog mushing.

The right candidate will serve as the primary talent of Dash. Events and appearances will be specific to Anchorage and possibly the Mat-Su areas. The job is rewarding but the costume can get warm. The head piece has a built in fan and we will provide ice packs that fit into a chest piece.

Dash, the Alaska 529 mascot
