100 Miles in May logoThe 100 Miles in May Challenge started early this year — join team UAA WELLTHY and log your activity to reach 100 miles! You can log any activity you do and it will automatically be converted into miles. Use your phone or a wearable fitness tracker to help you keep track to log into the website later. Invite your friends, family and co-workers to join! Let's get as many people on our team as we can! Click the link and join for the bonus month of April. Once you create an account, search for team UAA WELLTHY. A team donation has already been made; member donations are optional. This is also a great way to help keep us motivated in staying active during our current situation. 100 Miles in May is a fundraiser for the Healthy Futures program, which works to empower Alaska's youth to build the habit of daily physical activity. It's an excellent opportunity to encourage physical activity among employees, family or friends, and role model healthy behavior for youth. As participants enter their exercise into a mileage converter, they can track their status on group, industry and statewide leaderboards. Join UAA WELLTHY!
