Search Committee Training

Search Committee Training facilitated by the HR Talent Acquisition Team.

The purpose of this training session is to discuss an overview of important guidelines for search committees to consider before and during the recruitment process as well as provide an overview of diversity and implicit bias and how it can affect the recruitment process.

Please sign up through myUA at least one day prior to the training. Zoom information will be sent to you the day of the event.

Training Dates are as follows:

  • March 5, 1:30-2:45 p.m.
  • March 19, 9:30-10:45 a.m.
  • April 2, 1:30-2:45 p.m.
  • April 16, 9:30-10:45 a.m.
  • April 30, 1:30-2:45 p.m.
  • May 14, 9:30-10:45 a.m.
