Please join the virtual “on-campus” open forums for the two finalists for the Career Services director position. The Career Services director plays a vital role in workforce development, career education and planning, and student success.
The open forum topic is: Please give an example of when you had to meet department goals and objectives while simultaneously being challenged with limited resources (staff, budget), competing priorities, and the expectation to meet diverse student needs.
- What challenges did you face, and how did you overcome them? What was the outcome?
- How would you approach these challenges post-COVID?
