UAA Support Portal address and name changing Friday, May 6

Dear UAA Community,
UAA IT Services is updating the web address used to access the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system.
Why are we making this change?
Almost three (3) years ago UAA Information Technology Services (IT Services) began
using TDX by TeamDynamix as our ESM system. Since then, we have received numerous
inquiries from various departments across the University of Alaska (UA) system about
the possibility of leveraging the platform for their department’s work management
needs. To improve access to the system, as well as facilitate the use of the ESM platform
as a UA-wide service, UAA IT Services will be updating the web address used to access
the ESM system. A major advantage is that the UA community will be able to easily
remember the new address as it is consistent with the other system-wide services.
How does this impact me?
The UAA Support Portal address will be changing from https://uaa.teamdynamix.com to https://service.alaska.edu on Friday, May 6, 2022. Additionally, the name for the UAA client portal will be
updated to "UAA Service Portal." To ensure a smooth transition, a redirect will be
put in place for the next six (6) months, until Nov. 6, 2022, so individuals that
have bookmarked the old address will be transferred seamlessly to the new address.
However, we do encourage you update any bookmarks you may have after the site's address
update is complete.
