Rescheduled: Giving Day now Feb 22-23

Let's continue building on the plans and partnerships that you have already made for an even more successful Spring semester Giving Day! This extra time will allow your teams to rally even more alumni, students, community members, and colleagues around the importance of your department's work, resulting in even more donations to support your programs and the students of the University of Alaska.

Please consider the internal and external partners you are working with for Giving Day and update them about the new Giving Day date.
You can expect an update to the Giving Day communications calendar and Giving Day deadlines calendar this month.

If you or someone you know had been planning on making a challenge gift in 2022 and wonder if the change of Giving Day date will impact your plans: Challenge gifts can still be accepted before the end of the 2022 calendar year for the Feb 22-23, 2023 Giving Day because it is the same fiscal year.
