On Giving Tuesday, Nov. 28, will you support UAA students facing hunger?

by Green & Gold News  |

No one should ever face hunger, yet 45% of UAA students report struggling with food insecurity. We want to ensure our students have access to the nutritious food they need to thrive. Your generous gift to the UAA Food Insecurity fund can make a difference in students’ lives today!

The UAA Food Insecurity fund supports initiatives like the UAA Emergency Food Cache and the Seawolf Food Pantry. On average, a donation of only $3.50 helps provide one meal for a UAA student facing food insecurity. Think of the impact you can make with a donation of $25, $50, $100, $250, $500 or more!

Plus, if you make a gift today, on Giving Tuesday, your gift to the UAA Food Insecurity fund will be tripled!  Ragu, B.B.A. ’89, and Gita Bhargava, will match gifts 3:1 up to $5,000 to the UAA Food Insecurity fund! For example, if you donate $50, Ragu and Gita will donate $150, up to $5,000! Can you help UAA students facing hunger and make a difference with a gift today?
