UAA Employee Experience is introducing Leadership Through Listening sessions, co-hosted by the Faculty Senate and Staff Council. All employees are invited to join each semester for casual conversations with the chancellor, vice chancellors and governance leaders. This is an opportunity for employees to share their thoughts and ideas in an open forum. Each event will have a theme, but employees are always welcome to bring up any topic that’s on their mind.
