The UAA Staff Council and the HR and Staff Recognition Committee recently introduced the 2024 Staff Gratitude Wall on Padlet. 

This Padlet board is a space where employees can recognize and thank their colleagues for their hard work, support or anything else that’s made a positive impact. Whether someone has helped on a project, brightened the day, or went above and beyond Padlet is a great place to let them know.

How to use the Gratitude Wall

Employees may access the Gratitude Wall via the following steps:

• Log in or create an account on Padlet to get started (optional)
• Click the “+” button on the board to create a new post
• Write a message of appreciation and tag a colleague using “@” + their name if they’re on Padlet. Add images or emojis to make it more personalized.
