During the month of June, the UAA Culinary Arts department hosts week-long summer camps for youth aged 12-17. Space is still available in the Beginning Bakery and Decorative Baking camps. Campers learn to make recipes, get to be creative and receive professional instruction from Culinary Arts faculty and local chefs while working in a commercial kitchen. They receive a chef coat, an apron, a kitchen tool specific to their camp and all of the recipes they created to take home.
