Commemorating the 250th Anniversary of the Battles of Lexington and Concord, April 19

UAA's Department of Political Science in beginning an eight-year commemoration of the American War of Independence that began 250 years ago on April 19.  Bagpipes, singing, dramatical recital of the battle-day sermon of Jonas Clark, of the Church at Lexingon, by Alaska writer and poet Michael Jamieson Williams, remarks by the guest, Professor Emeritus Daniel Mahoney of Assumption College from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
