Anchorage, Alaska (Aug. 28) – Junior outside hitter Lee Ivakina had 20 kills and freshman Bailee Tucker delivered five of her 11 kills in the fifth set Thursday to lift the UAA volleyball team to a 25-20, 25-23, 24-26, 16-25, 15-10 victory over Hawaii Hilo in the Alaska/Hawaii Challenge, presented by Alaska Airlines.

ASD Freshman Academy College Experience Visits begin Sept. 5

UAA will host the Anchorage School District's Freshman Academy College Experience Visits by high school on Fridays through September. These visits will help ASD 9th graders explore UAA programs that align with their school's Academy pathways, understand the resources available to them in higher education and how university programs can help support their career goals.
