The Event Planner Showcase 2026 will be held on Feb. 4. UAA Employee Experience encourages all employees to save the date.

Please save the date for Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2026, for our annual Event Planner Showcase! We’re excited to spend a full day connecting with you and sharing resources to support your campus events.

This year, we’re mixing things up a bit! We will still feature the beloved lunch buffet from Seawolf Dining which is a great chance to sample menu items you might want to feature at your own events.

We will also be taking a bus tour! Each stop will highlight a different event space and a new session topic. Topics and routes will be available when RSVPs open.
