Time for the holidays and upcoming Black Friday! If you’ve been gifted a new phone or are treating yourself to a well-deserved upgrade, remember to configure the Duo mobile app on your new device by going to our Set up Multi-Factor Authentication with Duo: Enroll a New Device for Current Students/Employees knowledge article.
Before you proceed with the instructions, please review them carefully to ensure that
you do not skip any steps or encounter any issues.
If you want to further enhance your account security and reduce the risk of getting
locked out, it’s a good idea to set up additional Duo devices as well!
