Hello Seawolves,

Let’s take a moment to celebrate the people who make UAA such a great place to work!

We’ve launched the UAA Gratitude Wall — a virtual space where you can recognize and thank your colleagues for their support, hard work or the positive impact they’ve had on you or your team.

Whether it’s a small act of kindness, a creative idea, or a major accomplishment, every contribution deserves to be celebrated.

Visit the Gratitude Wall. Once there, click the “+” button to post your message. Add a name, share a few words of appreciation, and even include photos, emojis or GIFs to make it personal and fun.

Let’s fill the wall with stories of collaboration, kindness, and Seawolf spirit — and show each other how much the little things matter.
