FY26 Microsoft licensing distribution documents are now available on the IT Business Office SharePoint site.

This site is a centralized resource to improve transparency around IT business practices, such as the Data and Communications main rate billing and the Microsoft Distribution. To access this site, you must sign in using your UA login. We hope to add additional information and tools to the SharePoint site in the future.

On the IT Business Office SharePoint, you can find the FY26 Microsoft Distribution Memo, unit summaries, and journal voucher (JV) template.

As a reminder, the headcount calculations are based on PCN data from fall 2024. A detailed explanation of how headcounts are calculated is included in this year’s memo. New for this year, the full PCN list is now available to view and download so you can filter for your department or dlevel.

If you are using a restricted fund, please also complete an IT Prior Authorization form to submit with your JV.

Please return the completed, unsigned JV template with billing fund/org(s) and dlevel to UAA_ITBusinessOffice@alaska.edu  by Monday, Marcy 30, 2026. Once a unit’s JV is submitted, our team will review and combine the JVs before submitting them to the Budget Office.
