UAA School of Education summer 2026 graduate courses

The UAA School of Education is promoting their summer 2026 graduate courses, and registration is now open! These courses are designed to support leadership, innovation and culturally responsive practice in education:

  • EDTL A633 (CRN 51573): Leadership and Self‑Development in Adult Learning with Timothy Jester, Ed.D. 
    Explore leadership theories, adult learning, and reflective practices that strengthen your professional identity and capacity.
  • EDTL A690 (CRN 51607): Artificial Intelligence in Contemporary Education with Dr. Eric Belt
    Examine how AI is shaping instruction, assessment, policy, and the future of educational practice — with a focus on responsible and ethical integration.
  • EDIE A658 (CRN 51540): Indigenizing Learning and Education Systems with Dr. Panigkaq Agatha John‑Shields
    Study the intersections of Western and Indigenous education, holistic teaching, and culturally sustaining approaches that support systemic change.
