A UAA employee is subletting an apartment for the summer.

I am traveling this summer and would like to sublet-out my 1-bedroom apartment. It is located in the Government Hill neighborhood. Abutted next to a park, it has greenspace galore. Sorry, no dogs. This older but well-kept 4-unit building has senior-citizens for tenants. It has lots of windows and a sunroom. All furnishings are Ikea. Preference to UA-related persons, one to two persons max.
