Register for Virtual Disability Services Conference 2022: All Access, All The Time
by Green & Gold News |
It's essential for all learners to have equal access to college. To reduce barriers
for students who experience a disability, the Disability Services offices at UAA,
UAF and UAS are continuously collaborating to streamline processes, share information
and offer feedback. Key partners in these efforts include dedicated faculty and staff who help make these
accommodations a reality.
All UA staff & faculty members are cordially invited to join UA Disability Services
offices and the HR Accessibility Team for an exciting week of free virtual training
sessions covering a variety of essential accommodation and accessibility topics &
tips; Q&A engagement; an OCR/ADA 2022 overview from the legal team at the Office for
Civil Rights; keynote addresses presented by two national motivational speakers in
our field, and so much more!
