The College of Arts & Sciences Division of Performing & Fine Arts is recruiting for student positions in the Department of Theatre & Dance Costume Shop for the regular academic year. This position will work on an as needed basis during the Fall and Spring semesters. The Theatre & Dance Costume Shop Assistant will provide support to the department costume shop by sewing, repairing, altering, cleaning, and performing basic maintenance of the costume wardrobe and the facility. During production season, there are often many volunteer opportunities for students and community members alike. You do not need to be affiliated with UAA nor do you have to be an experienced craftsman to volunteer. You just need to be available, responsible and enthusiastic about helping.
