Spring 2016: New fitness classes at the Wells Fargo Sports Complex

The Wells Fargo Sports Complex Intramural/Recreational Sports is now offering fitness classes for current UAA students taking six or more credits and for staff who have paid the recreation fee. Currently, we are offering three classes (Pilates, yoga, and a stationary bike class) two times a week. Both Pilates and the stationary bike class started as of Feb. 2, and yoga will start as of Feb. 9.

Pure Pilates When: Mondays and Thursdays Time: 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Location: Wells Fargo Sports Complex Studio

Yoga (starts Tuesday, Feb. 9) When: Tuesdays and Thursdays Time: 4:30-5:30 p.m. Location: Wells Fargo Sports Complex Studio

Rev Cycle When: Tuesdays and Thursdays Time: 5:30-6:30 p.m. Location: Wells Fargo Sports Complex Stationary Bike Room
