The Office of the Registrar is looking for a highly motivated, people and service-oriented individual with stellar organizational skills and attention to detail to join its team as a Registration Specialist.
You will be talking to students who have questions about the class schedule or waitlist; you will be the one to empower them by giving them next steps, connecting them to campus resources or teaching how to use an online tool. And you will be the one to hear"Is that it?! You mean I am registered now? That was simpler than I thought. Thank you so much!"
The Office of the Registrar is a forward-looking group working behind the scenes to identify and create innovative solutions to improve the student, faculty and staff experience at UAA.
