Free Documentary Screening: "Trust Me"

Join this free documentary screening co-hosted by the Department of Journalism and Public Communications and the Alaska Teen Media Institute. Open to all students, staff, faculty and community members.

Gain healthcare experience the Alaskan way by applying for the Rural Immersion Institute of the North!

Rural Immersion Institute of the North, RIIN, is a 10 day program offered in the summer by Alaska's AHEC for undergraduate and graduate healthcare students or professionals interested in rural health practice. Students will spend the beginning of the program in Anchorage, learning about Alaskan culture and meeting with healthcare professionals to hear about their experiences.

The Ted Stevens Legislative Internship

Student applications, including letters of recommendation, for the Ted Stevens Legislative Internship are due Oct. 31st. Undergraduate students in any major program are eligible to apply.

Haunted Halloween Fun Night 2023

Flu and COVID Vaccine Clinic

Protect yourselves and the UAA community this flu season! The Student Health and Counseling Center is hosting fall flu and COVID vaccine clinics! Clinics will be on Oct. 9 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Consortium Library as well as on Oct. 11 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Rasmuson Hall lobby.
