IT Services is excited to announce the launch of this year's Computer and Peripheral Bulk Buy Program! We have made several key improvements to enhance the purchasing experience, reduce turnaround time, and provide even better pricing for your technology needs.
What's New for 2025?
New Order Entry Application – ITS partnered with GCS-IT to develop a new online ordering system. The new platform enables year-round, real-time order processing directly with GCS-IT. This means faster processing, shorter delivery times, and easier access to computer purchases for departments.
Instant Quotes – Generate an immediate quote for equipment. Employees can save/retrieve a quote or proceed with a purchase instantly.
Flexible Payment Options – Orders can now be paid via ProCard or Purchase Order (PO). Departments will need to use a department ProCard or submit a PO through Procurement.
No Bulk Buy Deadline – ITS' negotiated discounted pricing will remain in effect year-round until Dell discontinues a model. When new models are introduced, ITS will negotiate updated pricing.
End of Model Year Discounts –With the new 2025 computer models coming out in April/May, ITS has secured additional deep discounts on current models for this Bulk Buy. Employees should act now to lock in the best pricing before inventory runs out.
New IT Field Services Computer Provisioning Fee – Beginning in FY25, a $25 provisioning fee per computer will be applied for security compliance, configuration, and onboarding into the UAA environment. Additionally, data transfer services will be charged at the Field Services Hourly Rate ($120/hr) if needed.
