UAA's Liessfeld honored by GNAC

Vivien Liessfeld of the University of Alaska Anchorage was named the GNAC Women's Field Athlete of the Week Monday. This is the second time this year she has been honored and the third time in her career.

New online giving platform launches this month: Check your unit’s donation links

The UA Foundation is launching a new online giving experience through GiveCampus, replacing engage.alaska.edu by the end of April. GiveCampus offers a mobile‑friendly design, support for Apple Pay and Google Pay, faster checkout for one‑time and monthly gifts, and improved fund search.

UAA T&F caps strong weekend in California

Jessica Chisar ran 2:07.98 in the 800, the second fastest time ever at the University of Alaska Anchorage, at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic Saturday. The time ranks eighth all-time in GNAC history.

UAA T&F posts top-10 marks

Bike locks at the UAA/APU Consortium Library

The sun is shining, the sidewalks are clearing, and students are getting back on their bikes without worrying about leaving them at the bike rack. Thanks to funding from the Green Fee Board, the Consortium Library now has bike locks to check out for a single day or up to a semester at a time.
