UAA with Duo

As a UAA student, you have access to many online resources and services that require your university ID and password. However, passwords alone are no longer enough to protect your account and data from hackers and phishing attacks. That’s why the university is now requiring multi-factor authentication (MFA) for students to protect key university resources.

Microsoft 365 combines the familiar Microsoft Office desktop suite with cloud-based versions of Microsoft's communications and collaboration services - including Office Web Apps, Office desktop applications, SharePoint, and Teams to help individuals be productive from virtually anywhere through the Internet.

Google Storage

In 2021 Google annouced new rules and pricing for Google storage. Effective in October 2024 unlimited storage came to an end. System OIT and UAA ITS are working to establish new policies and stortage caps and will be annoucing changes to avoid significant cost increases. More to come soon.
