New Spring Resident Check-in - Saturday and Sunday Noon - 4 pm |
| January 16 | First day of Spring classes |
| January 26 | Class add/drop deadline All students must be enrolled in a minimum of nine credits (or three credits for graduate students) by this date to remain in student housing. Exceptions to this policy can be made by the Director of Residence Life only. |
| February 5 | Payment deadline - $125 late fee incurred after 5 pm to students with an outstanding balance |
| March 11-15 | Spring Break |
| March 25 | $175 late fee assessed to students with an outstanding balance |
| April 15-May 6 | Intentions Period - students must either renew or cancel their Housing Agreement for the next Academic Year |
| April 30 - May 4 | Final exams |
| May 6 |
Check-out for students not staying for the summer |

| May 28 | Class add/drop deadline All students new to campus housing in the summer must be enrolled in a minimum of three credits (or be employed by Event Services or ANSEP) by this date to remain in student housing. Exceptions to this policy can be made by the Director of Residence Life only. |
| June 27 | Second summer session classes begin |
| July 15 | Payment deadline - $125 late fee incurred after 5 pm to students with an outstanding balance |
| July 29 | $175 late fee assessed to students with an outstanding balance |
| August 5 | Check-out for students not staying for the fall semester |
| August 10-11 | Move-over period for summer housing residents to move to fall assignments |

| December 1 | Deadline for students not staying for the spring semester to submit a Cancellation Form and be eligible for a deposit release after move-out at the end of the fall semester. |

Check-out for students in Fall semester-only programs (i.e. international or national exchange programs) or students not staying for Spring semester. |
