New Spring Resident Check-in - Saturday and Sunday Noon - 4 pm |
| January 13 | First day of Spring classes |
| January 24 | Class add/drop deadline All students must be enrolled in a minimum of nine credits (or three credits for graduate students) by this date to remain in student housing. Exceptions to this policy can be made by the Director of Residence Life only. |
| February 3 | Payment deadline - $125 late fee incurred after 5 pm to students with an outstanding balance |
| March 10-14 | Spring Break |
| March 24 | $175 late fee assessed to students with an outstanding balance |
| April 29 - May 3 | Final exams |
| May 5 |

| May 27 | Class add/drop deadline All students new to campus housing in the summer must be enrolled in a minimum of three credits (or be employed by Event Services or ANSEP) by this date to remain in student housing. Exceptions to this policy can be made by the Director of Residence Life only. |
| June 26 | Second summer session classes begin |
| July 14 | Payment deadline - $125 late fee incurred after 5 pm to students with an outstanding balance |
| July 28 | $175 late fee assessed to students with an outstanding balance |
| August 4 | Check-out for students not staying for the fall semester |
| August 9-10 | Move-over period for summer housing residents to move to fall assignments |

| November 27-28 | Fall Break |
| December 1 | Deadline for students not staying for the spring semester to submit a Cancellation Form and be eligible for a deposit release after move-out at the end of the fall semester. |
| December 8-13 | Final exams |
| December 15 |
Check-out for students in Fall semester-only programs (i.e. international or national exchange programs) or students not staying for Spring semester. |
