New and returning student check-in for Fall semester.

| September 5 | Class add/drop deadline All students must be enrolled in a minimum of nine credits (or three credits for graduate students) by this date to remain in student housing. Exceptions to this policy can be made by the Director of Residence Life only. |
| September 15 | Payment deadline - $125 late fee incurred after 5 pm to students with an outstanding balance |
| November 3 | $175 late fee assessed to students with an outstanding balance |
| November 27-28 | Fall Break |
| December 1 | Deadline for students not staying for the spring semester to submit a Cancellation Form and be eligible for a deposit release after move-out at the end of the fall semester. |
| December 8-13 | Final exams |
| December 15 |
Check-out for students in Fall semester-only programs (i.e. international or national exchange programs) or students not staying for Spring semester. |

| October 1 | Interest in Spring Housing Form will be available on UAOnline for students to be added to the spring semester waitlist. The Housing Application for Spring 2026-semester-only housing will be made available for students as space is confirmed. | January 10-11 | New Spring Resident Check-in - Saturday and Sunday Noon - 4 pm |
| January 12 | First day of spring semester classes |
| January 23 | Class add/drop deadline All students must be enrolled in a minimum of nine credits (or three credits for graduate students) by this date to remain in student housing. Exceptions to this policy can be made by the Director of Residence Life only. |

| March 2-20 | Intentions Period - residents can renew their Housing Agreement for the next academic year |

| June 25 | Second summer session classes begin |
| July 13 | Payment deadline - $125 late fee incurred after 5 pm to students with an outstanding balance |
| July 27 | $175 late fee assessed to students with an outstanding balance |
| August 3 | Check-out for students not staying for the fall semester |
| August 4-10 | Move-over period for summer housing residents to move to fall assignments |
