Mailman Suite Update
UAA IT Services will be updating our existing email mailing list software to the latest stable Mailman Suite. Mailman is a mailing list management software. It allows you to create and manage email mailing lists. It provides a web based management portal for easy administration for both list owners and list members.
The updated Mailman software is anticipated to go into production status during summer 2019.
- What does this project site communicate?The key project documents, updates, and links to applicable knowledge/training resources.
- What are the key features to the university community?
- Single user account to manage subscriptions to multiple mailing lists
- Completely revamped and improved web user interface and mailing list archiver.
- What will happen to existing mailing lists?All existing UAA Mailman mailing lists will be transferred to the new environment. All list owners, and moderators will receive a personalized email with information regarding how to access the new list administration web pages.
