UAA IT Services will be updating our existing email mailing list software to the latest stable Mailman Suite. Mailman is a mailing list management software. It allows you to create and manage email mailing lists. It provides a web based management portal for easy administration for both list owners and list members.

The updated Mailman software is anticipated to go into production status during summer 2019.

  The key project documents, updates, and links to applicable knowledge/training resources.
• What are the key features to the university community?
  • Single user account to manage subscriptions to multiple mailing lists
  • Completely revamped and improved web user interface and mailing list archiver.
• What will happen to existing mailing lists?
  All existing UAA Mailman mailing lists will be transferred to the new environment. All list owners, and moderators will receive a personalized email with information regarding how to access the new list administration web pages.
